Mission 1: Fortress
The players must protect a glass bowl located in a fortress. The bowl is illuminated by two lights and must remain lit from dusk 'til dawn. If the players successfully defend the fortress from four aggressors, they will win $60,000.

Mission 2: Carriage of Knowledge
In order to pass this test and earn $60,000, each player must board a horse drawn carriage as it makes eight stops through a Spanish town. Tickets to board the carriage can only be obtained by answering questions that test their knowledge of literature; but first, players must locate the tickets, which are hidden within a library's books.

Mission Completed? Yes
Group Fund Total: $410,000, after a $20,000 fine because of Jim, Kathryn, and Steven for being out of their rooms after curfew.
ABC Observations of Who is the Mole:
Jim secretly formed a coalition with Steven. He was backup for the doorway during The Fortress, and the aggressor got through. He also had his hand on the right book during the Carriage Test but told Kathryn it wasn't there.
Charlie didn't follow Kate's direction during the Fortress Test, allowing an aggressor to get by his post. During the Carriage of Knowledge, he went to the wrong pickup spot even after checking a map.
Kathryn had her safety on during the Fortress Test, preventing her from firing at the aggressor before he knocked over the bowl.
Steven didn't go after the aggressor, who was around the corner from where he was stationed. Had he done so, the aggressor might have been cornered and unable to get into The Fortress.
