My comments:
   The episode starts out with a clue telling the group that Real World is back to get their dog. That morning the group goes to Real World's hotel and calls them and asks if anyone wanted their dog back. At the hotel each groups meets their mayor for their competition. Then they are told that they are going to follow their mayor, Ade, to his village to compete in the face-off.
   At the village they find out that their first event is a warrior dance, each cast member has to dance like an animal and the member that does the best job wins that dance. Just before the dance they find out that they will be competing for goats instead of money. After each cast member dances it is announced that Real World won the first event. After that everyone went to bed to get ready for the next day of competition.
   The next morning when everyone gets up they find out that their next event is worm eating. Most of the cast from each group starts complaining, but Real World is the most vocal about it. The only person on the Real World team that eats a worm is Julie. So it ended up that Road Rules won the event with 29 worms eaten compared to Real World's 1 worm.
   The last event is the Zulu spears; each group has to pick 2 men and 2 women to compete in this event. The goal of the game is for each member to hold on to a spear and try to push the other person out of the ring. The last group is David versus Laterrian. After a good fight Laterrian ends up winning, and Road Rules wins the completion with four goats versus Real World's two goats.

What MTV had to say about the episode:
    The Road Rulers meet their biggest rivals, The Real World cast, in South Africa for a series of games and competitions. The Real Worlders win the first event, in which the girls compete in a dance-off and the guys must imitate an animal of their choice.
    With the help of James, the Road Rules team wins the next event: "the bug-eating contest". In the final event, the two strongest girls and guys from each team must try to push one another out of a circle using a spear.
    Laterrian beats out David in the final spear face off, giving the Road Rules the win over the Real Worlders. Although the teams came together as intense rivals, they part as friends.
