6: Extreme Adventures in Babysitting
My comments:
In the beginning of the episode Kathryn is telling Laterrian that they are just friends and nothing more. That afternoon Kathryn and Laterrian go to a store and buy her boyfriend a Valentine's card, and Laterrian tells her that she needs to take a naked picture of her and send it with the card, and that he would help by taking the picture. At dinner that night Laterrian and Kathryn excuse themselves and go to the bathroom. But when Theo goes to use the bathroom the door is locked and he can hear something going on between Laterrian and Kathryn.
At breakfast the next morning Reed (Kathryn's boyfriend) surprises Kathryn at Denny's. The whole time at breakfast she is acting really weird, and Laterrian is acting guilty. When the subject about the bathroom is brought up Kathryn denies that anything went on.
After dinner Road Master tells the group that they will have to control "them". That morning they find out that the will have to baby-sit six sets of twins, this makes everyone stress out. Luckily the mission has taken the cast's minds off of their problems. The next morning all the kids go home. After all the kids are gone they get paid 1,100 dollars. Back on the road Theo keeps trying to find out what went on between Kathryn and Laterrian.

Kathryn maintains a perfectly controlled facade - the wholesome girl committed to the appropriately conservative boyfriend, Reid. Her mask begins to crumble however, when the truth about her relationship with Laterrian starts to leak out. Finally, after Theo confronts her, Kathryn becomes completely unnerved and decides she may want to leave the show.
Meanwhile, The Roadmaster sends the cast on a mission about "control". The cast thinks it will be simple when they find out they will be babysitting a set of twins...but when it quickly becomes 6 sets of twins, they all get overwhelmed by the constant attention that 12 babies need. Laterrian finds the mission a nice respite from the drama going on in the shasta.

The night before Valentine's Day, Kathryn and Laterrian surprise their fellow cast members by leaving the dinner table and going into the restroom together.
The next morning at breakfast, Kathryn receives a surprise visit from her boyfriend Reid.
Kathryn discusses the rumors of her "alleged affair with Laterrian" with both Reid and Laterrian.
The next mission gives the Road Rulers a taste of parenthood, which requires them to baby-sit a large number of toddlers for a day.
Theo confronts Kathryn on her dishonesty about her relationship with Laterrian.
