I think that it was good for the group to box and relieve some stress
Michelle and Belou looked like they were going to kill each other.
It was not fair for Chris to go up against Antoine after fighting Patrice they should hsve gave him some more time off, then he could have taken him easly.

Segment #1
They are seen at the Venice airport waiting for their plane. Michelle is excited to be staying at Belou's apartment in Amsterdam so they can do laundry and relax awhile.
Belou talks about how she fell in love with her current boyfriend, Steve. He was homeless and so she offered to let him stay with her. When they woke up in the morning he was holding her...and so they started dating.
Belou calls him to say they are on their way. Steve isn't as happy to see her as she anticipated.
When they get to the apartment, Chris notices that Steve treats Belou like everyone else in the group instead of like a girlfriend. He says you don't see any love between them.
Steve tells them he'll leave the apartment while they're there so they will have more room. Instead the boys say they'll stay at a nearby youth hostel.
Chris says Steve seemed cold to the group and that Steve and Belou don't treat each other with respect. Antoine jokes around that Steve is bored having to hang around with them.
Belou cooks dinner for everyone. Steve wasn't there, so they all feel more relaxed. They watch boxing on TV. Antoine says he doesn't understand that sport. A package arrives for Belou.
It's the next Ckue. It's a pair of boxer shorts and on the tag it says they have to bike over to Ruvd Van Dur Linden (?). Ironically, it's a boxing club. They will train for 2 hours to box and then their mission is to box each other in the ring.
Patrice doesn't want to be punched by anyone in the group.
Segment #2
Michelle jokes that the boys should be happy they're not kick-boxing. The boys weigh themselves. They all practice moves and do sit-ups. Antoine seems out of shape. They learn different punches. They practice new moves on punching bags. Patrice really gets into it.
They match up with each other based on weight. Michelle apologizes everytime she hits someone. Belou liked boxing with Antoine.
Patrice is matched up to fight against Chris. Chris is 6'2" and 190 pounds. Patrice is 6'1" and 179 pounds. They get 3 rounds at a minute each. They joke around about who will win. Patrice thought it would be a piece of cake to beat Chris, but that isn't the case. Chris constantly aimed for Patrice's head. Patrice is already tired after round 1. He says you really have to pace yourself when boxing. Even Antoine
comments on how tired Patrice looks. Chris wins the match.
Next up is Michelle and Belou. Michelle is 5'6" and 116 pounds. Belou is 5'5" and 119 pounds. Antoine and Patrice stare in disbelief as Michelle and Belou go after each other like wild cats. Chris says it was scary to watch because it looked like they were going to kill each other.
Segment #3
Michelle says she realized they were more competitive than they thought. There are scenes of old footage where Michelle says Belou is selfish and of Belou getting mad because she thinks Michelle is making jokes at her expense. They tie the match.
Next is Antoine and Chris again. Antoine is 5'9" and 130 pounds. Chris goes into the match to have fun, while Antoine is waving his arms around like a chicken with his head cut off. Belous says Antoine looks like a kangaroo. Chris lets him win.
After the boxing, Patrice says he thinks the group feels a little closer to one another because it got a lot of tension out.
They get their next clue which tells them to ride bikes up to Vondelpark. There's a plush stuffed animal seal with the clue. So they ride bikes to the park and a jugglers gives them the final clue to the next mission. The clue says, "Lend a helping hand and receive a seal of approval."
Chris is excited because he's always wanted to work with marine life since he was a kid.
Scenes of Steve and Belou arguing. Michelle says she feels like a sister to Belou. Belou tells her that if the group was staying longer, it would have been better...they would have seen a better side of Steve.
Belou says she loves Steve, but living together is not the best. Michelle says she doesn't forsee their relationship lasting long.

Upon arriving in Amsterdam, the gang wants to crash at Belou's place, but her boyfriend Steve all but turns them out and they end up at a hostel. Clearly, for Belou, there's trouble in paradise. The next day, the roadmates take out their pent-up (OK, sometimes not so pent-up) frustrations in the boxing ring. Afterwards, a stuffed toy seal and a crazy juggler in the park provide their clues to the next mission ...
