My comments:
I think that the whole knife event was over played, I personally think that Belou would never hurt anyone.
I agree with Belou it was nice to see Antoine show some kind of emotion.
Fluvia was awesome in her helping of the group when they made some mistakes.

Segment #1
   Belou loses her ID. She throws a major fit. Antoine says whenever she loses something, he always thinks to himself, "How can anyone act so helpless?"
   They find it in her bag and drive to where their next clue said to go and catch a train: Milan, Italy. Chris says the train system in Europe is so much cleaner and safer than in America. Their next clue is pasted on the back of a book guide to Italy, left on the seat of the train they're catching. The clue says they need to compliment people on the Riato bridge, in Venice.
   Belou says it's always been her dream to visit Venice. When they arrive, they take a taxi boat to the bridge. Antoine says Venice has so many stories about it.
   Chris says they didn't know who specifically they were supposed to compliment and so they just spread out and talked to everyone, complimenting them on their clothes. Antoine compliments a girl on her necklace and she has the next clue to the mission.
   The clue says they'll have to "cut loose their apron strings," in other words -- cook.
   At the hotel (Hotel Riato) they plan to stay in, they have to leave their passports/IDs at the front counter. Belou says she lost hers (again) and has another fit (again).
   Chris says that if Belou says it's stolen, there's a 99.8% chance it's in her back pocket."
   Belou realizes she has the wrong bag and races up to the boys' room to see if they took her bag by mistake. They don't have it. Michelle tells Belou not to freak out, but she does anyway and starts throwing things around, yelling and screaming the whole time. She storms out of the room. Everyone looks at her in a state of shock. Patrice says her tantrums are kind of funny. Antoine says the first time it may have been funny, but when it's everyday it's annoying.
Segment #2
   Belou says she's not a morning person and it's best to leave her alone. But she came down to the breakfast table saying "Good Morning" over and over to himself. Antoine shakes his head and she loses it again...this time in the middle of the dining room, causing a huge scene in front of the customers. She starts attacking him and it takes both Chris and Patrice to keep her off of him.
   Patrice says he's surrounded by a bunch of maniacs. Chris says it was absolutely disgraceful how Belou reacts.
   Belou says she's not a psycho, she's just showing her emotions.
   Michelle retells what she saw happen at the breakfast table which consisted of Chris and Patrice breaking up a physical fight between Antoine and Belou. Michelle says Belou tried to pull a butter knife on Antoine.
   Outside while Belou is still throwing a fit by the water, Antoine tries to push her into it. Chris and Patrice have to break up the disturbance, yet again.
   Belou says that all she wanted to do was see Antoine angry like she was. She says she wasn't trying to stab him, she just wanted something to throw at him. No thoughts were going through her mind at that moment.
   Michelle tells the group that these fits have gotten way out of control and she's starting to feel like she's rather vacation by herself, than with the group.
   All this happens 10 minutes before the mission starts. They all have doubts whether they can even work together as a group anymore.
   Michelle thinks Belou must have a chemical imbalance to act the way she does, or at least she hopes so, because there really is no other logical excuse. Patrice wonders if they'll be in danger sometime if she throws a fit while one of them is driving.
   As they walk to the chef's place, Belou says she wants out. Chris calls her selfish. She starts crying again. The master chef, Fluvia, walks in on their conversation as they wait outside.
Segment #3
   Michelle says Fluvia was great. They get a tour of her house and see photos of her with Julia Childs. They all drink tea and talk about what the mission entails. They will be cooking polenta and a Venician custard. The group is split up (on purpose because of the friction) and Chris, Antoine and Michelle go shopping for the ingredients for the main dish, while Patrice and Belou stay and help cook the dessert.
   While Belou is beating eggs, Patrice talks to her about all the fighting. She says she's not mad at them, just Antoine. She says she doesn't regret hitting him, just letting him see her feelings.
   When they get back, they all chop up onions and have a good cry. When the guests arrive, the women stay in the kitchen while the boys get to serve. Antoine says he was starting to feel the pressure of doing a good job. Chris said he waited on people who didn't speak any English, so he wasn't sure what to bring.
   Accidently, Chris serves a woman a glass of water with a dead spider in it.
   Antoine loved the experience, Patrice hated every second. Michelle says that Patrice is the type of guy who'd rather be waited on.
   The guests compliment them on their serving. Antoine apologizes for all the mistakes. The chef says they all did wonderful.
   Fluvia tells them that their next clue will be in a gondilla. They find it and it says to go to their next clue which can be found at Milian Central Station on train #618.
   As they continue their gondilla ride, they pass under the Bridge of Love, and Antoine says if you go under this bridge and you kiss a person, you'll be in love forever...they all kiss each other...mainly Belou kisses Michelle.
   Belou says in her confessional that her plan from now on is to start over and not let things get to her so much.
   Chris is worried sick about Antoine and Belou's confrontations.
   On the train, Belou receives a bouquet of tulips and a card saying they will visit Amsterdam next, Belou's home. Belou and Michelle jump up and down with the news.
   Patrice is nervous about meeting Belou's boyfriend after what happened between Antoine and Belou.

Knives on the Canal

   The hottest love/hate relationship on the tube continues as tempers flare between Belou and Antoine. The ensuing struggle brings the crazy twosome to the brink of Venice's main canal, when Patrice and Chris step in to break it up. The whole gang then whips up a gourmet meal under the direction of Fulvia (the Julia Child of Italy), before their next clue directs them to Belou's hometown -- Amsterdam. (Antoine ... meet Belou's boyfriend, Steve.)
